Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive who can develop growth strategies, tactics, and action plans for the Country - Philippines / Indonesia / Malaysia market. This is a division role and duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy Implementation

  • Execute organizational and team strategies and policies.
  • Assist in planning the expansion of the customer base.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, including key figures, top spenders and guilds.
  • Ensuring mutual understanding, preferences, and needs.
  • Provide comprehensive support to all clients.
  • Plan and conduct visits to various clients.

Customer Acquisition

  • Identify and acquire new clients.
  • Expand market reach and foster collaborative opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support for new customer groups.

Sales Performance

  • chieve sales unit key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Separated to group and individual KPIs.

Project Development

  • Develop and propose projects that can be integrated with clients.
  • Present innovative ideas and create products for clients.

Operational Reporting

  • Report on operational results for each section and submit reports directly to the supervising manager.

Documentation and Negotiation

  • Prepare presentations, quotations, and essential operational documents.
  • Engage in negotiations and client discussions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
  • Handle pressure effectively from clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Understand and convey meeting agenda effectively to the team.
  • Knowledge of a third language is a plus and will be considered favorably.
  • Knowledge in managing influencers will be given special consideration.
  • Experience in negotiation, sales, or customer service will be valued.
  • Prior experience in sales or as an account executive will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with online games will also be an added advantage.
